Cap and Trade or Cap and Tax

I would make a law that states that any funds collected from this policy would only be used for research and or creation of cleaner alternatives for the planet and anyone miss using the funds would spend the next 25 years in jail and loose all of their assets to go to the environment.

When the BOW Breaks

If I were the Presidant I would bow to no man. There is no one that would be greater then me and on the other hand I would understand that I also would not be greater then any one else so in effect no one should BOW to me. I would understand that all Men and Women were created equal in the eyes of (my) God and should all be treated the same as I would like to be treated.

I would read the constitution

If I were President I would read the US Constitution again.
I would read it all the way through and pay close attention to
Article II Section 1 - The President I would pay close attention to the Oath of office

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

I see here in the words Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution.

I would also pay really close attention to
Section 4 - Disqualification

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Yep If I were President I would study this document until I understood the whole damn thing. If at any time I see that I have violated any portion of the Constitution I would resign ASAP.

The Press and the Pres

If I were President
I would stop the Idiocracy and playground tactics.
I would not try to squelch the press because it will only come back to bite you in the ass.

Radical countries

If I were President I would
tell Iran and North Korea to kiss my Ass then cut off all shipments from other countries to those radical countries.
